Owners of rental properties in Florida can apply to the site for a free listing, which will stay active until July 4, 2007, with no additional charges and no requirement to extend the listing beyond the free period.

Free listings for vacation rentals contain the same information as paid listings, including a description of unlimited length, up to 12 images of the home, and a link to a website or a virtual tour. Site visitors fill out a simple form and are connected directly with the homeowners to complete the rental transaction.
