Alysa Jo Memorial Golf Outing & $100,000 Hole In One Shootout

The $100,000 hole in one shoot out qualification dates are: June 11th, 18th 25th, and July 16th 2005 at the Valley View Driving Range. All strart times will be at 1pm and ending at 4pm. Land your shot in the circle, be one of the closest 5 qualifiers that day and you are in the finals(following the AJM memorial Tournament on August 13th) for a chance at $100,000. Take as many shots as you need to qualify. Cost: $5/ball, 10 balls for $45, 20 balls for $85, 25 balls for $115. They are looking for participants & sponsors for this summer long event. The sponsorship will be displayed all summer long(along Highway 77 & at the driving range). Depending on your sponsor level, you could also be included in all media releases.

The AJM memorial golf outing will be held on August 13th 2005 at Valley View Golf Course. It will start at 8am and be a 4 person Texas scramble format. It will be limited to 36 teams with the top prize of $1,000 awarded to the winning team. There will also be prizes for second and third place. All 18 holes will have prizes that you can win. On one par 3 you will have a chance to win a 2005 four wheeler(courtesy of Leisure Sports). Tbe other par 3’s will either have trips or prizes. The $100,000 hole in one shoot out finals will follow the tournament. Cost for the tournament: $300/ 4 person team. They are looking for participants & sponsors for this event.

Proceeds for the events to benefit the SIDS organization and other worthwhile family based charities in memory of their daughter.

Team registration deadline: Augsut 1st 2005 or when 36 team have signed up (which ever comes first.)
