The Hampshire Companies Ink Two Lease Deals At Office/Flex/Warehouse Building in Fair Lawn, NJ

Fair Lawn, NJ (March 2007) — The Hampshire Companies, a full service, private real estate investment fund manager with equity in assets valued at over $1.5 billion, has announced two lease deals at its office/flex/warehouse property located at 18-01 Pollitt Drive in Fair Lawn, NJ. The 146,639-square-foot building is a part of the Hampshire Partners Fund VI portfolio, Hampshire’s $235 million institutional real estate investment fund.

Rehabilitation Specialists, a provider of community-based neuro rehabilitation for individuals with brain injury or neurological impairment, has leased 10,000 square feet at the highly flexible building. Bergen-Passaic Cataract Surgery and Laser Center Inc., a premier ambulatory surgical facility, has also leased 10,800 square feet adding to the recent activity at the strategically positioned industrial park.
