Richard Adams to Present on Nonresident Alien Taxation at EACUBO Professional Development Workshop

Norwood, MA, March 12, 2007 – Windstar Technologies, Inc Vice President of Sales Richard Adams will present an educational session entitled “Nonresident Alien Taxation IRS Compliance Risks When Paying Foreign Persons” during the upcoming Eastern Association of College and University Business Officers’ (EACUBO) annual professional development workshop. The presentation will be held from 1:30 pm to 2:45 pm at the Boston Park Plaza Hotel on March 30th. The “Nonresident Alien Taxation IRS Compliance Risks When Paying Foreign Persons” presentation is designed specifically for EACUBO members and will cover IRS regulations for payments to nonresident aliens, the due diligence process required by the IRS when making payments to foreign persons, and the key payment elements organizations must have in place in order to be tax compliant.
