WARE MALCOMB ANNOUNCES DESIGN COMPLETED FOR VENTURE COMMERCE CENTER, EAGLE RANCH

(March 2007) Albuquerque, New Mexico – Ware Malcomb is a national design firm offering planning, architecture, interior design, graphic design and site development services to commercial real estate clients throughout the United States and Mexico. The firm’s Phoenix office is proud to announce that design is completed for Venture Corporation’s new Venture Commerce Center, Eagle Ranch project located at 9660 – 9680 Eagle Ranch Road in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Ware Malcomb has previously designed approximately twenty five industrial and office projects for Venture Corporation throughout California, Nevada, Washington and Oregon.

Ware Malcomb is providing architectural design services for these five speculative office/flex buildings. Two of the buildings are 15,242 square feet and the remaining three buildings are each 13,796 square feet; totaling approximately 71,872 square feet on a 5.08 acre site. Each building is a partial two-story - the front office portion is two-stories and the remaining flex space is single story. The buildings are subdivided into thirty individual business properties for future sale. The spaces are designed to accommodate a wide variety of business types.

Construction on Venture Commerce Center Eagle Ranch is anticipated to begin in April 2007 and completed in December 2007. Enterprise Builders of Albuquerque, New Mexico are serving as the General Contractor on the project.
