Alpha G Corp Has A New Project: Township In Karnal By Alphagcorp

Alpha G Corp is coming up with a project, Alpha International City in Karnal. The entire cost of the project is Rs. 600 crore. The first phase the integrated township will comprise of 350 acres of plotted development. Retail, commercial, educational, healthcare establishments and condominiums will follow the residential development. The city is being developed on land owned by promoters and developers, Grandeur and its associated companies through their brand Alpha Life Spaces. Based upon in-depth research findings and analysis by Alpha G:Corp, the company will provide community services in four villages of Karnal town. The villages are Baladi, Tikri, Kailash and Uchana. The activities include providing improved living environment to the weaker sections of four villages adjacent to the upcoming Alpha International City. Alpha International City will undertake corporate social responsibility for surrounding villages.

According to S K Sayal, CEO, Alpha G:Corp, “The majority of buyers are from Karnal and there are some from Delhi, Chandigarh, Jalandhar, Amritsar, Yamunanagar and Ambala.”
