Palencia's Bella Terra to feature new European Collection by ICI Homes

St. Augustine, Fla. (2007) - Bella Terra, Palencia's newest neighborhood, will be the exclusive home to a fresh and exciting collection of designer, luxury homes by award winning ICI Homes.
