Minerva Networks Announces Record Growth

Minerva Networks, the leading provider of open and scalable IPTV delivery platforms, today announced an outstanding year of customer growth. Over the last 12 months, Minerva Networks received new service contracts from 45 U.S. regional operators, increasing Minerva’s customer base by more than 80%. Minerva’s platform now powers more than 100 IPTV deployments worldwide. Much of the growth came from broadband TV service operators who wanted the HD, PVR and H.264 support uniquely available with Minerva’s solution.

Faced with limitations of their legacy systems that put them at a competitive disadvantage to cable and satellite offerings, more than 20 service providers chose to upgrade and switch their IPTV platforms to Minerva’s iTVManager.
