AccuTech Systems Corporation Announces New Headquarters

Muncie, IN – March 7, 2007 –AccuTech Systems Corporation (ASC), a leading provider of trust and investment management accounting software, announced today that it has moved from its westside Muncie office to a new building at 2620 North AccuTech Way in Mount Pleasant Township.

The new building and nine acre site just off of Route 332 and Interstate 69 will enable the company to address current growth and plan for future expansion, with room for 65 employees and two additional buildable lots available. Features of the new building will also help the company to conserve energy.

AccuTech Systems has grown steadily since the company began in 1987, and staff has almost doubled in the past two years, necessitating the move from its former location on West Jackson Street.

Construction began in March of 2006 and was overseen by Scherrer Construction of Muncie, using insulated concrete blocks from Holdfast Technologies of Ohio. The insulated concrete blocks reduce reliance on lumber and prevent infiltration of outside air, providing greater heating, cooling and ventilation efficiency. Additionally, an economizer will draw air from outside when temperatures are cool to avoid using air conditioning.

Unger says his company plans to continue to further expand staff in the next 30 to 60 days. AccuTech Systems’ employees will be able to enjoy walking trails, a large patio and grill for cookouts and a pond on the new site.
