POKERPADZ™ WORLD WIDE DISTRIBUTION AND CO-BRANDING EXPAND INTO AUSTRALIA AND NEW ZEALAND

Los Angeles, CA (March 1, 2007) – K & K Novelties, LLC have named Australian Poker League to be our exclusive distributor and co-brander of the PokerPadz™ brand in Australia and New Zealand.

APL will be charged with expanding the growing base of retail stores that will carry the PokerPadz™ brand, WPT PokerPadz™ brand and the APL’s brand in Australia and New Zealand. “Consumer demand for the PokerPadz™ Mouse Pad & 10 Poker Chips has been hard to keep up with,” said Martin Martinez, Director of Australian Poker League. “With Father’s Day around the corner we lined up some compelling alternatives to the traditional poker accessories that are currently on the market.”

In addition Australian Poker League will be charged with expanding the promotional items of the PokerPadz™ brand in Australia and New Zealand, in addition to their own online store www.australianpokertour.com. “We’ve already gotten tremendous interest in the promotional logo’d version of PokerPadz™ by companies inside and outside of poker,” said Martinez.

“With an Aussie winning the 2005 WSOP, the Australian and New Zealand markets have been demanding our unique brand for sometime now and we are truly excited to be joining forces with the APL because they have the expertise to bring this to market,” said Kristin Cranford, President of K & K Novelties LLC.

In addition to managing the distribution of the PokerPadz™ brand, APL will directly share in the marketing efforts of the PokerPadz™ brand while co-branding on the actual packaging of our product. This is the first of this kind and both companies are excited to be working together as we strengthen both brands.
