Springboard Research Expands its Services Research Capabilities

Springboard Research, a leading innovator in the IT Market Research industry, today announced that it has expanded its Services research capabilities with the appointment of Phil Hassey as Vice President for Services Research. Mr. Hassey will be responsible for driving and growing Springboard’s research and presence in the Services market globally. Based in Sydney, Phil will be reporting directly to Dane Anderson, Springboard’s CEO & EVP of Research, and will also have responsibility for Springboard’s Australia and New Zealand operations.

Phil has more than 11 years professional experience spanning the IT, Commercial Property and Financial Services sectors, with a focus on corporate strategy and market intelligence. Aside from overall services trends, Mr. Hassey additionally has particular experience on Offshore Service Delivery, Utility services, and Business Process Outsourcing.

Prior to Springboard, Phil was a Research Director for IDC managing research for the Services marketplace across the Asia Pacific region. Before joining IDC, Phil had a significant amount of experience in corporate strategy, marketing and research at Accenture, and Lend Lease.
