(Cincinnati, OH; February 2007) – FS24/7 LTD announces today that it is entering a partnership with Wiresoft Net, Inc. to provide installation and technical support to Wiresoft customers.

Terms of the partnership also give FS24/7 rights to sell Wiresoft products to FS24/7 customers.
FS24/7, headquartered in Cincinnati, OH has over 500 technicians in 200+ locations throughout the United States and Canada that respond to requests for technical assistance around the clock. As part of the agreement with Wiresoft, FS24/7 will provide regular and emergency trouble call dispatch to Wiresoft customers regarding installation of Wiresoft products, including its Wiresoft Sentry.

The FS24/7 partnership with Wiresoft, a manufacturer and developer of firewall, anti-virus, anti-spam, and other security solutions, ensures that Wiresoft customers will receive local, responsible, and hands-on care regarding the proper installation and maintenance support of their products. Four levels of service will be provided to Wiresoft customers from basic software installation to complete Internet Technology (IT) audits of security, network and platform integrations, resulting in a completely operational system by the time the FS24/7 technician leaves the site.
