WARE MALCOMB ANNOUNCES DESIGN COMPLETED & CONSTRUCTION BEGUN FOR KAHL & GOVEIA’S OCEAN RANCH PLAZA

Oceanside, California – Ware Malcomb is a national design firm offering planning, architecture, interior and graphic design services to commercial real estate clients throughout the United States and Mexico. The firm’s Los Angeles office is proud to announce that design had been completed and construction has begun for Kahl & Goveia’s Ocean Ranch Plaza located between Ocean Ranch Boulevard and Rancho del Oro in Oceanside, California. Kahl & Goveia Commercial Real Estate is the owner and the developer for this project.

Ware Malcomb is providing architectural and interior design services for two, 2-story buildings, including a 39,000 square foot medical office building and a 40,000 square foot office building. Construction for this project is estimated to be completed in the Fall of 2007. Lusardi Construction Company of Hercules, California is serving as the general contractor for this project.
