FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASELexExec releases Word to PDF conversion plug-in with support for digital signatures.
Alpharetta, GA April 2005 – LexExec LLC is pleased to announce the release of “PDFExec For MS Word”, a PDF conversion add-in for Microsoft Word. PDFExec allows users to convert their MS Word documents to PDF as well as updating existing PDF documents.
PDFExec provides you with an easy and economical way to create secure PDF files. PDFExec can create a PDF file from any Word document. These PDF files may be securely emailed, copied to disk, or printed. PDFExec offers you dozens of options for creating PDF files. You pick the criteria that meet your business needs. PDFExec does not require Adobe Acrobat.
PDFExec is feature rich, supporting password protection, encryption and digital signatures. PDFExec also supports updating and merging existing PDF files. Users have the ability to create and save multiple conversion options that are specific to a process or a client.
PDFExec also contains a powerful Publish Documents feature. This feature allows you to specify a source directory that contains any number of sub-directories and documents. These documents are automatically converted to PDF and copied to a target directory. The directory structure of the source files is replicated underneath the target directory. This utility can be used to convert Word documents to PDF and copy them to a web server (internet or intranet) in one step. Options are available that allow you to only publish documents that have changed.
PDFExec has one of the most extensive help systems in the PDF conversion market. Context sensitive help is available on every screen using Windows “What’s this” help. Standard windows help, printed documentation and web help through LexExec.com’s online knowledge base are also available.
PDFExec For MS Word Ver. 3.3 sells for $29.99 USD from LexExec.com.
