PEAR Agency Announces its March Listing of Bangkok Social and Cultural Events for the Expat Business Community

The PEAR Agency, Thailand’s sole executive assistant recruitment firm, has announced its monthly listing of Bangkok social, cultural, and networking events for Thailand’s working professionals. The listing for March is as follows:**Charity Golf Tournament**
Father Joe Maier’s “Human Development Foundation” Charity Golf Classic will be held on March, 27th. Now in its 12th year, the annual HDF Charity Golf Classic is a very special charitable event that brings together many of Bangkok’s most caring and fun-loving business people and residents for a thoroughly pleasurable day of golf. **Foreign Correspondents Club of Thailand**
On March 15th at 8:00 pm, author and journalist Joshua Kurlantzick will be giving a talk titled, “Charm Offensive: How China's Soft Power is Transforming Our World.” Penthouse, Maneeya Center, 518/5 Ploenchit Road, (connected to the BTS Skytrain Chitlom station), Patumwan, Bangkok. Cost is 300 baht for non-members.
**The Lighthouse Club (The Construction Industry’s Charity & Social Club)**
Members of the LHCB and prospective members and guests regularly meet on the 2nd Wednesday of each month at the Bull's Head Pub & Restaurant on Sukhumvit soi 33/1, 2nd floor lounge area. The meeting starts at 7:00pm. A 200 baht donation is expected.
**Thai-Canadian Chamber of Commerce**
A reception to welcome the new board members of the TCCC will be held at The Cove, Sheraton Grande Sukhumvit (BTS Asoke and MRTA Sukhumvit) on Wednesday March, 28th, 6:00-8:00 pm. Cost is 100 baht for non-members.

On March 7th at 7:30 pm, leading economist and financial commentator Dr. Jay Bryson will discuss the global economic outlook including prognoses for the U.S. and Chinese economies. Attendance limited to members only. Cost: 600 baht.

AustCham Thailand's monthly business networking function, Sundowners, is a great opportunity for members and guests of the Chamber to meet, network and exchange views in a social environment. Next meeting is March 7th at 6:00 at Pier59, Banyan Tree, Bangkok. Cost is 750 baht for non-members.
**Swiss-Thai Chamber of Commerce**
Members and guests meet every second Thursday of the month for a networking social at the Atrium Hotel, 1880 New Petchburi Road, Bangkok. Next meeting is March 8th, at 6:00 pm.
