Virginia Active Angel Network (VAAN) invests in Medical Technology Company

Charlottesville - Blacksburg - Roanoke, VA - FEB 27, 2007. The Virginia Active Angel Network, LLC is pleased to announce the closing of an investment with Envisionier Medical Technologies, LLC (EMT) of Gaithersburg, MD. EMT is preparing to market and sell it's Endogo product, the world's first battry-operated, portable, hand-held endoscopic video camera. VAAN's investment of over $200,000 was part of a $1.25M angel investment round.

VAAN's investment was made via a special purpose LLC and included members from its Charlottesville and Blacksburg / Roanoke chapters. VAAN was represented by LeClair Ryan and Virginia National Bank.
