Joe Pyne Joins Bluffton Office of Celia Dunn Sotheby's International Realty

(BLUFFTON) – Joe Pyne has joined the Bluffton office of Celia Dunn Sotheby's International Realty.

Pyne will have a primary focus on the Hilton Head real estate market. He recently became a full-time resident after having a second home on Hilton Head for eight years. For the last five years Pyne sold commercial real estate in Atlanta for both regional and national organizations. He specialized in retail and multifamily investments sales and has expertise in retail land acquisition. He is knowledgeable about investment and development, the primary and secondary home markets, and growth potential. In addition to working with Celia Dunn Sotheby's International Realty, he is in partnership with a commercial real estate investment group.

Prior to entering the real estate field, Pyne worked for six years as a sales executive for a leading provider of total print management services.

Pyne graduated from the University of Dayton with a B.A. in communications management.
