Housing Predictor, the leader in providing regularly updated housing market forecasts in all 50 U.S. states has partnered with two major national companies to become the one stop shop for real estate on the internet. In partnerships arranged with the nation’s two largest providers of real estate listings search on the web, Housing Predictor becomes the only web site to provide real estate listings and housing market forecasts.
HomeGain is providing real estate listings nationwide for resale homes and other properties, and Foreclosure.com provides foreclosure listings in exclusive arrangements reached by the web site’s developer. More than 250 local housing market forecasts are provided on Housing Predictor in all 50 states. Housing Predictor is one of the fastest growing web sites on the internet.
It was created as an answer to consumers questions and concerns about their own local housing markets. Housing Predictor was quietly researched and developed for two years before it was officially launched.
Real estate economists, a real estate analyst, computer programmers, web designers and writers comprise the staff that publishes the site, compiling information from a national group of more than 1,400 sources on an on going basis.
Housing Predictor was started by Florida internet developer Mike Colpitts, who has created more than two dozen other real estate industry related web sites.
As a former journalist and real estate agent, Colpitts saw the need for people to quickly ascertain what their local housing markets are doing whether it’s good news or bad. Not all web sites are created equal. Housing Predictor provides local housing market forecasts and information to help people in their daily lives.
Not that all forecasts are always right, despite the insistence of many economists to the contrary. The information the forecasts are based on comes from hundreds of sources in local markets scattered throughout the nation.
After more than five years of booming real estate appreciation in most of the country and as long as ten years in some locations, consumers are concerned about the real estate market in many areas of the country. But in at least ten states local housing prices are appreciating.
With the addition of HomeGain and Foreclosure.com the two largest providers of real estate listings in the U.S., Housing Predictor has broadened its reach into the real estate sector on the internet, which is one of the largest areas of growth on the web. Nearly 80% of all consumers conduct research on the web on real estate before any where else.
Housing Predictor also includes The Top 25 market forecasts for 2007, a new housing search center and will be releasing its picks for the Worst 25 projected markets in 2007 soon. The site will also be adding interactive features.
