In this position, Buscher will manage the development and recruitment of new clients through marketing programs, sales consulting and other development opportunities. She has 18 years of employee benefits experience and is pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business administration at the Triangle campus of North Carolina Wesleyan College. Buscher resides in North Raleigh with her husband, Rainey.
