The product upgrades for Presagia AtWork and Presagia Enterprise include:
Organization Administration – An advanced Organizations Structure Builder supporting multiple organizational hierarchies has been added to the applications to allow client system administrators to accurately capture their organizational structure, and improve human resources related administration within the system. As well, new security functionality enables system administrators to relate user access rights to positions in the organization.
GUI – Throughout the applications there have been graphical and navigational updates to make the system more intuitive, improve flow and optimize layout. These changes include enhanced adapting to various screen resolutions to optimize workspace, sliding screens to facilitate rapid page changes, reductions in page refreshing times and simplified access to the medical and case summaries.
Dashboards – Users can now view a Dashboard consisting of a set of graphs and/or charts that provide an ‘at a glance’ visual overview of aggregated analytics relevant to their role. Case Management Module – The new Case Management Module provides organizations the ability to create multiple case types to manage such processes as disability management, disease management, return-to-work management and more. Task Bank Module – The Task Bank Module affords employers and case managers the ability to seamlessly match modified duty candidates to available jobs fitting their current abilities. This advanced technology, powered by proprietary formulas, a centralized online jobs bank, and up-to-date electronic functional capacity evaluations, accurately identifies transitional duty candidates and matches them to appropriate transitional assignments.
