Ambrosia Restaurant Announces Express Lunch

The 5-star Ambrosia Restaurant (www.ocpavilion.com) is pleased to announce the restaurant will now be offering an Express Lunch, featuring a three-course meal tailored to the professional on the go. The Express Lunch will be offered Tuesday through Friday from 11:30 to 2:30. Reservations are encouraged.

Ambrosia’s Chef’s Choice Express Lunch menu will feature 3-courses and will change on a daily basis. The first course will feature either a salad or farmer’s market soup of the season. The second course offering will be a hot or cold entrée, either from the Ambrosia lunch menu or a special seasonal selection available only as part of the Express Lunch. Some of Ambrosia’s popular lunch entrees include Pan Seared Pacific Salmon and Coqau Vin. Guests will finish the meal with a dessert for the third course, such as a scoop of Sorbet or Panna Cotta. The Express Lunch is priced at $24.50 a person with an optional ½ glass of wine, red or white, for an additional $5.

Acclaimed Executive Chef Michael Rossi launched the menu to serve the business community in North Orange County. “We want to present an offering that serves the business professional that enjoys a five star meal but doesn’t have much time. With the Express Lunch offering, our guests will still get the experience of the world class Ambrosia while being able to get back to the office and get in a full day of work. The Express Lunch at Ambrosia was also intended to offer our guests the ideal solution for impressing key clients and business associates for a fraction of the cost. ”

In addition to the intimate restaurant, Ambrosia offers a private dining alternative for small groups with 5 custom rooms. The Boardroom seats 12; The Wine Cellar seats 18; The Lodge seats 14; El Presidente seats 8; and Dome of the Sea seats 8.

The world class restaurant is available for reservations at lunch on Tuesday through Friday and dinner on Tuesday through Saturday.
