Exciting new women's online lifestyle magazine, Savvy Women Magazine, launched this week.

Following the launch, Olivia said, "I wanted to create an online magazine for women that mirrored the kind of glossy magazines you purchase at the corner store." The new magazine includes featured articles by well-known writers on a range of topics as well as Olivia's own quirky, tongue-in-cheek take on the often peculiar contents of women's handbags and their obsession with shoes.


As well as featured articles, Olivia has included a variety of articles of particular interest to women, including the latest fashion news, beauty tips, health issues, travel and, of course, love and romance. There is also a free horoscope available each week, as well as access to numerology readings.


"Women want to be entertained and informed at the same time," Olivia said "That's why I called it 'Savvy Women Magazine' - the dictionary defines savvy as 'well informed and perceptive'."


"More and more women are discovering the ease of shopping on the Internet," Olivia also went on to say, "So I've included a range of products especially selected for their quality and great value. Each week I aim to introduce special offers, whether they be perfume or handbags or whatever, to save busy women the time and trouble of having to search the offers out for themselves."


Each week there will also be a forum for women to have their say on a relevant issue. In this first edition, Olivia asks the question: Which famous over-40 woman is a good beauty role model?" This question results from Olivia's article "What Does 40 REALLY Look Like?", about the increasing trend for celebrity women to defy the natural aging process.


Olivia has written for British Vogue, as well as a number of women's magazines in the US and Australia, where she is currently based. But she stresses that the magazine is for every woman everywhere, with particular emphasis on the US market.
