DURACORD® Outdoor Rugs Receives Member-Tested Seal-of-Approval from National Home Gardening Club

DuraCord® Outdoor Rugs The Large Cotton Rope Hatteras Hammock recently received the National Home Gardening Club Member Tested Seal-of-Approval.

“We were excited to participate in the National Home Gardening Club Member Testing Program.” stated Douglas Orians, vice president, sales for The HammockSource, manufacturer of DuraCord® Outdoor Rugs. “The outdoor rugs were a perfect testing item with the durabiility, soft hand, and colorfast properties that our product offers consumers.” The National Home Gardening Club membership recognized these benefits in the awarding of their seal of approval.

With a membership numbering in the hundreds of thousands, The National Home Gardening Club chose a select group from across the nation to test the product. Each was sent a DuraCord® handhooded outdoor rug to test and complete an evaluation form. The test included eight criteria including Ease of Use; Clarity of Instructions; Design; Performance; Durability; Appearance; Comfort; and Rating Against Similar Products. In each category, the participants were asked to rate on a scale of 1-10 with 10 being excellent.

The DuraCord® Outdoor Rugs were featured in a Member-Tested section of the May 2006 issue of Gardening How To Magazine, a publication of the National Home Gardening Club.
