Tremor Media Names Vice Presidents of Publisher Relations and Operations

NEW YORK - Tremor Media, a leading video and rich media advertising network and technology provider, today announced the appointments of Dan Scherer and Rob Grossberg to Vice President, Publisher Relations and Vice President, Business Operations, respectively.

Dan Scherer brings more than 10 years of experience in online video to Tremor Media. He began his career with CNN.com and Weather.com as part of their first team to distribute and monetize streaming video on the Internet. As a solutions manager and business development executive, Dan worked closely with the publisher community to develop and launch some of the most recognizable and innovative interactive video products in the market today for leading brands including Disney, ESPN, Comedy Central and NBA. A graduate of the University of Miami, School of Communications, Dan serves as a digital media technology advisor for the Institute of Media and Entertainment.

Rob Grossberg joins Tremor Media from Visible World, where he served as General Manager of their campaign management platform, overseeing product development and integration with other third party video delivery solutions and channels. Prior to Visible World, Rob worked at DoubleClick as Vice President, Sales Operations, where he was responsible for sales reporting, contract processing, sales tracking and client billings and collections. He was previously DoubleClick’s Deputy General Counsel for nearly five years, providing legal support to their ad serving, media and email marketing business units. Rob has a J.D. from New York University’s School of Law and a B.A. from Dartmouth College.
