Greenbelt, MD—Academy of Computer Education (ACE) http://www.trainACE.com announced today that they have increased the number of full-time employees on their staff. ACE has hired an Admissions Representative as well as another Full-Time Instructor.

Several months ago ACE was granted approval to be on the GSA Schedule, which means that the company can offer it’s IT and Security training course to local, state and federal government employees and agencies. In order for the company to provide the best possible service to government agencies the company felt it would be necessary to expand the number of employees that manage the already expansive list of regularly scheduled training classes. Since 2001 ACE has been an open enrollment training school and has increased year after year from word of mouth business.

ACE Director of Sales and Marketing, Ryan Corey, believes that this will increase the quality of training performed for government agencies and open enrollment. “Now our company is large enough to have a group of employees that focus on the open enrollment training and another to focus on increasing the quality of training and meeting the specific demands of the government sector. I think that starting immediately, both sides of our company will see substantial benefits, as will our students.”

The school now has an admissions representative, team of instructors and the Education Director handle all open enrollment training development and tracking in the same manner it has since opening in 2001. The new addition of employees will now also allow ACE to add a team made up of admissions, instructors and government specialists to plan and prepare any outlines and curriculum needed for government procurements issued to ACE.

Academy of Computer Education plans to offer GSA training mainly in the form of Microsoft, Cisco and Security courses to the Department of Defense (DoD) and other government agencies in 2007. The Government based Certified Network Defense Architect (CNDA) is a certification based on network intrusion detection and prevention and is becoming one of the most widely requested government training classes available.
