WARE MALCOMB ANNOUNCES DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION COMPLETE FOR CORPORATE EXPRESS FRESNO LOCATION

(February 2007) Fresno, California – Ware Malcomb is a national design firm offering planning, architecture, interior and graphic design services to commercial real estate clients throughout the United States and Mexico. The firm’s Northern California office is proud to announce the design and construction are complete for Corporate ExpressDocument and Print Management’s new printing and distribution building located at 3225 South Orange Avenue in Fresno, California in the new North Pointe Business Park. The project was developed by G3 Development for Corporate Express as the first building of their 70 acre Phase I master plan.

Ware Malcomb provided architectural design services for the 110,000 square foot build-to-suit industrial distribution building. The building consists of 8,700 square feet of offices and reception area, 45,000 square feet for the printing presses and 56,300 square feet for storage and distribution. The building also is designed with 11 dock doors to accommodate Corporate Express’s shipping needs.

Corporate Express, Inc., a Buhrmann company, is one of the world's largest business-to-business suppliers of essential office and computer products and services with 2005 sales of approximately $4.6 billion in North America.

The developer for the North Pointe Business Park is G3 Development based in Fresno, California. Target Constructors, Inc. based in Madera, California was the General Contractor for the project.

The project management firm is ExTerra Realty Partners, LLC based in Pleasanton, California.
