Upon registering for the next available walk to be held in Santa Monica, CA, Michael learned that he had to raise a minimum contribution of $3,750 to walk a marathon & a half.
Michael decided he could raise at least $10,000 for the walk. Michael turned to those he works with within the Liberty League International community for support. His outspoken support for his upcoming walk was meet with an overwhelming flood of others within the Liberty League International Beyond Freedom community. Several members of Michael’s team also registered for the walk & assisted in raising their required minimum donations and more.
Some of the people flew-in from across the country to walk together and make a difference in the walk & breast cancer research around the world.
Michael’s personal fund raising efforts accounted for more than $10,000 & the other Liberty League International Associates contributed for a total that exceeded $20,000 raised for the Avon Breast Cancer Walk.
