RALEIGH, N.C. – Lloyd Jacobs, CEO of ClickCulture, has announced that the firm has redesigned the North Carolina Symphony Web site to coincide with the symphony’s 75th anniversary in 2007. The Web site, which was originally designed by ClickCulture in 2002, has been updated to include a new and improved calendar system, new e-marketing tools and improved the overall user experience. For more information, or to view the Web site, visit www.ncsymphony.org.

“Increasingly, both experienced and first-time consumers of the arts are going to the Web for timely information and access to events. It is critical that the state’s largest performing arts organization offer top-notch Web-based customer service as we continue to grow our audiences statewide,” said David Chambless Worters, president and CEO of the North Carolina Symphony. It is as important that a customer in Raleigh know about our concert in Sparta the next evening as it is a customer in Wilmington knowing about an event in Raleigh four months from now. In the end, it is just another way we increase our reach throughout the state and let North Carolinians know about all the various ways they can enjoy their orchestra. ClickCulture did a great job making this possible.”
