THE WEALTH BUILDERS TEAM ANNOUNCES FIRST TIME HOMEBUYERS SEMINARS

San Bernardino, CA–– Rod Tankerson of The Wealth Builders Team today announced the commencement of free First Time Homebuyers Seminars designed for educating the public on the essentials of purchasing homes in today’s dynamic real estate market. The seminars cover both real estate and mortgage matters. The home buying process is covered from start to finish.

Participants will learn how to prepare for a purchase in today’s market and how to buy foreclosures. Participants will learn about factors that impact their credit score and measures they can take to insure they are inline for the best mortgages for their circumstances. In addition, they will learn things like how to find the right home, real estate agent, and mortgage broker. Free breakfast, drawings, and giveaways will accompany the event.

The Wealth Builders Team, co-founded by Shameca Tankerson, will facilitate the seminars every 2nd Saturday Beginning in February 2007 ending in November 2007.
