Travelest, the Internet booking site, claimed that its problems with accesibility were resolved and the site is fully functional now. Users tried to access the site may find that it was not accessible on previous days as the website experienced technical difficulties. "We are pleased that the problems have been resolved and that our technical team must be praised in this incident - for their responsiveness and profession." said the travelest management team.
The problem only existed on IE and users with Firefox may not even realised anything wrong. "It's simply some basic errors which crashed with IE" said a technical team member who has been involved in solving the problem.
"The site is up as normal and users should be able to book thru our secure site for hotels around the world now. More functions are coming in soon" announced travelest today.
