Announcing inauguration of the REIA of Macomb

On Thursday, January 25th, the long awaited inauguration of the REIA of Macomb will commence. Real estate investors, contractors, and mortgage brokers will all be there to network and learn from the wisdom of national speaker Wendy Patton.

Wendy will be speaking on the topic of lease-options, and judging from the number of recent foreclosures in Southeastern Michigan, experts agree that lease-options are the best way to buy and sell in the market. She is known around the country as an extremely successful speaker, and owns her own real estate company, "Majestic Realty, LLC.". She is a published author, who's book is titled “Investing in Real Estate with Lease Options and Subject To Deals – Powerful Strategies for Getting More When You Sell and Paying Less When You Buy”. Wendy’s finely tuned Lease/Option package is for beginners as well as the Advanced Investor. Wendy demonstrates in the simplest format, how to buy and sell Lease/Options.

The REIA of Macomb will be held beginning at 6 PM on January 25th, 2007.
Their schedule will be as follows:

6:00 - 7:00: Extreme Networking - An hour of personal networking and greeting will be allowed before the actual meeting begins.

7:00 - 7:30: Kickoff - We will introduce our speaker, and get acquainted with our new members.

7:30 - 9:00: Wendy Patton's "Unlocking the Secrets of Lease-Options"
