Touch with Intention Unveils Enhance the Romance Retreat for Valentine Success

Touch with Intention, LLC responds to the overwhelming demand for intimate couples experiences by expanding the original one day workshop to a 3-day, 4-night all inclusive, experiential getaway that includes romance, massage and chocolate. Participants will travel to the beautiful white sand beaches and turquoise waters of the Riviera Maya to experience more fun and romance through this hands-on massage retreat for couples.

According to the American Massage Therapy Association, over 47 million American adults received a massage from 2004-2005 — 2 million more than in the previous year.

While research continues to prove the health benefits of touch, "Touch is about much more than just getting a massage," quotes Jenn Kaye, Founder of Touch with Intention. "We touch people, verbally and emotionally, as well as physically - we just call it communication."

The Gottman Institute offers research to support two main reasons and times for divorce: 5-7 years due to high conflict and 10-12 years due to loss of intimacy and connection.

Enhance the Romance began as a one-day massage workshop for Kaye's clients who wanted to know how they could safely massage their spouse to alleviate everyday discomfort such as headaches and low back pain. A professional massage therapist with over 30 years experience in how to touch others safely and effectively, Kaye created a curriculum that introduced simple and easily implementable massage and communication techniques for couples to experience everyday relaxation and relief in the comfort of their own relationship.

What she discovered was that by giving the couples simple tools for touch and how to communicate regarding the kind of touch they liked, didn't like, the type of pressure and setting aside specific time to give and receive, was that participants felt more intimate and connected, regardless of the number of years they had been together.

After increasing feedback of participants wanting more content and more time, Kaye has responded with a full, interactive romantic experience. "This is not some fruit-loopy, woo-woo talking couples therapy," says Kaye. "This is about fun, touch, romance, adventure…and of course, chocolate!"

Kaye is currently seeking 5 couples to test-run the advanced content and Enhance the Romance experience. For their participation, feedback and testimonial, she is discounting the normal retail price of the retreat, scheduled for February 8-12, 2007 in the Riviera Maya in Mexico.

Here is just some of what participants will learn:

•How to translate the confusion of "he-says" and "she-says" into "Yes… thank you!"
•How to touch and be touched
•3 little things that make a HUGE difference in any relationship
•How to score Big points with their loved one
•Secret massage techniques taught in ancient India
•How to ask for (and get) and what they really want
