Crochetville Announces New Crochet Podcast: Crochet Unraveled

Huntsville, AL – Crochetville, the largest online crochet community with over 10,300 members, has just released the first episode of its new crochet podcast, Crochet Unraveled: News and Views from Crochetville. While there are many podcasts that focus on knitting or a variety of the fiber arts, Crochet Unraveled is currently the only podcast to focus strictly on crochet.

Crochet Unraveled is hosted by Amy Shelton and Donna Hulka, co-administrators of Crochetville. They plan to feature a variety of segments that will provide listeners with information about the latest news in the crochet industry: crochet in the news, book and magazine reviews, TV show reviews, designer profiles, website profiles, yarn and pattern reviews, and more. The hosts will also highlight different activities occurring on the Crochetville forum itself: charity projects, crochet-alongs, blogger profiles, member profiles, and more. In addition, the hosts hope to further the skills of their listeners by discussing different crochet stitches and techniques in-depth and by holding regular crochet challenges.

But Crochet Unraveled does not stop there. Amy and Donna want the show to feature as much listener input as possible. At the end of each episode, listeners are invited to submit material for the next episode: their comments on the newest episode; information on their favorite crochet tools, tips, and techniques; as well as any other information they want to share. Listeners can submit their input in writing by posting a response to the Show Notes or by sending email to admin@crochetville.org . Listeners can also submit audio input in the form of an mp3 file to the same email address.

The podcast has been submitted to the iTunes directory and will soon be available there via a directory search.
