WARE MALCOMB COMPLETES RENOVATION PROJECT FOR SAN FRANCISCO BALLET

San Francisco, California – Ware Malcomb a national design firm offering planning, architecture, interior and graphic design services to commercial real estate clients throughout the United States and Mexico has completed a renovation project for San Francisco Ballet. The firm’s Northern California office is proud to announce the design and construction are complete for the San Francisco Ballet warehouse renovation project, located at 2400 Army Street in San Francisco, California.

Ware Malcomb provided architectural and interior design services for this 36,763 square foot warehouse facility. The renovation was completed in two phases. Phase I consisted of a complete demolition with removal of all hazardous materials, while Phase II included construction of the new restrooms, ADA entry, racking/storage systems and warehouse space.

As America's oldest professional ballet company, San Francisco Ballet has enjoyed a long and rich tradition of artistic "firsts" since its founding in 1933, including performing the first American productions of Swan Lake and Nutcracker, as well as the first twentieth-century American Coppélia. San Francisco Ballet is one of the three largest ballet companies in the United States.

The General Contractor for this renovation project was Hathaway Dinwiddie based in San Francisco, California.
