HAUPPAUGE, NY — Dr. David F. Cuccia, D.C., president of Advanced Back Technologies Inc. demonstrated the company’s just-introduced ExtenTrac® Elite with M3D® Technology before members of the Pennsylvania Legislature and their staffs in the rotunda of the State Capitol in Harrisburg on Nov. 21.
