Mr. Lewin is recognized in the Corporate Law category. His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions and general corporate and unincorporated business organization matters. He is skilled in structuring and negotiating business transactions involving leveraged buy-outs, venture capital financing, preparation of acquisition agreements and related documents. He has represented buyers, sellers and lenders in stock and asset transactions.
