New Site Helps Internet Users Get Skinny For Free!

In October last year John Byrne, a trainer from Sydney Australia, faced a huge problem. The problem was his weight. At age 41 he weighed 111 kilograms (244 pounds) and wasn't getting any lighter. After suffering from Kidney Stones, he realised that he'd better do something about his weight soon, or he may just run out of time. From May 2006 to October 2006 he had lost 18 Kilograms (40 pounds) and is still making progress.

The hardest part for John was knowing what to eat, and how much to eat. He struggled so much with calculations, looking nutritional values up, and working out the nutritional value of a whole meal that he built a website to do all the work for him. Now he's making that website available to anyone who cares to visit it - for free!

People all over the world can now take advantage of this great resource at no cost to them. John said "I was so frustrated with having to learn math just to work out what I should eat, I didn't want anyone else to have to suffer the same problems." His new site makes it easy and allows users to maintain their own list of meals, and to draw on meals that others create at the site.

"The site is growing" says John. "I had a hundred people register in pre-launch and I'm going to add a blog facility for people to write about their journey. It's a way to create a community that will help people all over the world gain the health they want. Users will also soon be able to keep their own personal progress records on the site. And I'm open to suggestions about other features they'd like to see."

You can visit the new site at "http://www.GoodFood4You.com", where registration is free. John maintains that he will never charge for access to the site, and the tools he has created. He asks "What have you got to lose…?"
