Readers of the ArcaMax Recipes newsletter, a daily variety of free meal ideas, can now enjoy weekly recipes from master chef Wolfgang Puck free by e-mail.ArcaMax Publishing ( http://www.arcamax.com ) offers a variety of family-friendly e-mail newsletters, or "ezines," free to subscribers. Wolfgang Puck's weekly column, courtesy of Tribune Media Services, will now be featured every Wednesday as part of the family of ArcaMax Recipes ezines.
ArcaMax CEO Scott Wolf is proud to be able to offer Puck's column to readers, saying the world-renowned chef "is going to bring a whole new aspect to the recipes we offer. We have something for everybody — parents, the health-conscious, and people who entertain on the weekends — and no matter what your level of expertise, Wolfgang Puck's column is something everyone in all those different areas can enjoy."
The feature focuses on one new dish every week, with pictures and straightforward instructions to guide readers through the process. Puck highlights each of his inventive recipes with stories of his own experience, often including what inspired him to create the dish and the history behind some of his ethnic cuisine.
ArcaMax's Wolfgang Puck ezine joins six other recipe newsletters, including Zola Gorgon's gourmet means and side dishes on Monday and the ArcaMax Chef's three-course menus every Friday. Tuesday's Healthy Recipes ezine offers new health and fitness research, with three recipes to work it into a delicious dinner. Busy parents can plan in advance while still keeping dinner interesting with Thursday's 7-Day Menu Planner. Cheap Thrills Cuisine illustrates gourmet recipes in a fun comic strip format, and Chef James highlights classic recipes and reader requests in Sunday's Culinary World ezine.
The Recipes section of the ArcaMax site ( http://www.arcamax.com/recipes ) also features a searchable database of free recipes, so readers can find exactly what they're looking for.
Wolfgang Puck's ezine is already a big hit at ArcaMax. "We have several thousand subscribers already," Wolf says, "both from the daily Recipes lineup and new readers. Puck is recognizable as one of the world's greatest chefs; we're very excited to be able to offer people access to his amazing talent."
ArcaMax offers more than 50 other free ezines, including daily Bible verses, free classic books by e-mail, and nationally syndicated comics such as "Garfield" and "Blondie." For more information or to subscribe, visit http://www.arcamax.com/cgi-bin/reg .
