Elecard makes a break through
MPEG-2 and AVC/H.264 video quality analysis product
TOMSK, RUSSIA (December 2006) – Elecard has announced a release of the new version of their widely known StreamEye Tools. Having put a lot of effort into making the product components a lot faster, easier and even more reliable, the development team has ended up with something that will really rock your world upside down.
Elecard StreamEye Tools known for its outstanding video analysis functions has now become the world's leading software in the industry, leaving its rivals far behind and offering all you could ever dream of. The old functions that have been enhanced, combined with the new ones made the kind of product that will sure meet all of your expectations. «We literally tried to get into the user's shoes, just to understand what it was they really wanted, and then did our best to implement all of this in the new version», said Denis Popov, the leading developer of StreamEye Tools.
The product is a helpful toolset for multimedia application developers, codec writers, system engineers or QA team members. Elecard StreamEye Tools package is essential for you to perform an effective in-depth analysis of video sequences.
Making a comment on this latest release, Andrey Pozdnyakov, the head of Elecard, said,
«I have always known that StreamEye Tools was one of the best products on the video analysis software market, but this new version will really make you feel like it was designed especially for you, and it really was.»
StreamEye Tools comprises five program components: StreamEye, providing the user with a visual representation of the encoded video features and a stream structure analysis, YUV Viewer
designed for viewing YUV data sequence in YUV video files, Video QuEst that calculates video quality metrics, Stream Analyzer, a powerful tool designed for media stream syntax analysis, and Buffer Analyzer, which allows analyzing of the decoder video buffer parameters.
There’s one thing that makes this release of StreamEye Tools special. In past you had to buy the whole package with all viewers, analyzers and other tools. With this new version comes an opportunity to buy any tool off the pack separately. This will be especially useful for those of you who do not want to pay for things you do not need to use at the moment. However the whole tool set will only cost you as much as 600$, which is a lot cheaper than if you buy a number of tools separately. So if you’re sure that you will only have to use one or two tools out of the set, then you’ll probably want to buy them separately. Either way, now it’s up to you what to choose.
