When logged into Loan Express, mortgage brokers have the ability to:

• View a list of approved attorneys

Then, secondary marketing will confirm (or deny) the lock and a notification will be sent back to the broker. In addition, a file folder will be established within BlitzDocs, the tool of choice for Primary Capital’s imaging system, enabling the entire mortgage process to become paperless. Additional forms and files can then be uploaded to BlitzDocs through the Loan Express portal.
