LANIS F. O’STEEN NAMED PRESIDENT OF NEVADA TURNAROUND MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATION

Lanis F. O’Steen, President and Chief Executive Officer of The Profit Group, has been elected President of the Turnaround Management Association (TMA) Las Vegas Chapter.

The Turnaround Management Association in an international non-profit association dedicated to corporate renewal and turnaround management with 7,500 members in 40 chapters.

Mr. O’Steen has more than 30 years senior level management experience and is a graduate of Tulane University with a business degree. His more recent consulting assignments comprise President of Adtech Systems, a turnaround; CEO, Chairman and Chief Restructuring Officer for the Resort at Summerlin, Inc., Regent Las Vegas, and Chief Executive of Cort Tradeshow Furnishings, a high output consolidation start up and build out.

The Turnaround Management Association also elected three new board members: David Teed, Dauntless Capital Management; Graham Graham, Sigma Six Solutions, LLC; and Mike Anderson, Eclipse Corporate Development (Reno, NV).
