ONLINE FOREIGN MOVIE SERVICE ACQUIRES ENGLISH

San Francisco, California (December 14, 2006) – Memocast, Inc., the world’s leading provider of online foreign movies, announced that it will be providing English content on its website via an online deal with TVF International. Over 200 hours of programming licensed from TVF, the London based market leader in the distribution of independently sourced factual programming, will mark the first time that Memocast will provide offerings in the English language.The new content will be available for viewers to stream free of charge thanks to the support of sponsors such as Folgers, Cingular, Sheraton, Netflix, and Procter & Gamble. As usual, viewers will also have the option to view the content commercial free through a gold membership subscription or by downloading the program for a one time fee.
Memocast serves foreign born residents in countries such as the U.S., Canada, and Australia by offering access to previously unattainable movies in their mother tongue. Among its content are the most extensive library of Russian movies and programs on the internet as well as hard to find Armenian content. Additional English programming will only enhance the website's viewing experience for its many loyal members, most of for whom English is already a second language.
The new programming, which will range from history and biographies to food and pop culture programs, will also welcome the addition of native English speakers to the website for the first time. In order to accommodate these viewers, Memocast is in the process of subtitling all of its foreign content in English.
