Announces New Sales Associates
Brad Manuel, Erika Hayes-Gower And Bob Martin Join Local Real Estate Team

RALEIGH, N.C. – Bill Guy, vice president and sales manager for the Coldwell Banker Howard Perry and Walston Crabtree office, has announced that Brad Manuel, Erika Hayes-Gower and Bob Martin have joined the firm’s Crabtree real estate office. Manuel has worked in software sales and fundraising, earned a Bachelor of Arts from Purdue University and a Masters in Business Administration from Indiana University, and resides in Raleigh with his wife, Carolyn, and sons, Sawyer and Holden. Martin has served more than 30 years as an operations manager and resides in Raleigh with his wife, Linda, and son, Chris. Hayes-Gower has worked as a job cost accountant and earned a degree in Business Administration and Accounting from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington. She dedicates time and effort to volunteer four days a month at The Raleigh School. Hayes-Gower resides in Raleigh with her husband, Sonny Gower, and five children.
