New York Artist Series LLC Begins Search for Media Partner for Initial Capital Investment.

The New York Artist Series LLC whose properties include the NY, LA, & Miami Artist Series has begun it’s search for a media partner for an initial capital investment.

Started as a multimedia company to help develop local talent and produce local events talent the New York Artist Series is seeking $25 Million in initial financing.

Approximately half the investment will go towards a capital purchase and upgrades of a property in NY to be used as a “Headquarters” facility. The facility will house a state of the art live music venue, art gallery and event space, recording studio, tv/film editing facilities, and corporate offices.

The rest of the investment will go towards the production of New York Artist Series branded Film Festival. Fashion Week, Concerts and the continued development of our web properties. Investment monies will also be for development and marketing of assets from the Record Label, TV and Film Division.

Also in the plans is expansion into the Los Angeles and Miami markets with similar facilities. Long-term expansions include the London, Paris and Tokyo markets.
