Henges Interiors sells flooring, Insulation and Closet Products in innovative new store

O’Fallon, IL.— Henges Interiors is helping make life easier for many builders, homebuyers and everyday shoppers. Henges Interiors is now selling flooring, insulation and closet systems in The Builder Center, a partnership among several companies.

The Builder Center is an 8,000 square foot showroom in O’Fallon, IL., convenient for homebuilders in the growing area.

“We look forward to better serving the local builder community by selling our products and services in a new location,” Steve Schulte, Jay Henges Enterprises, CEO and President, said. “Our partnership with three other companies offers convenience for builders and homeowners.”

Henges Interiors has partnered with Forshaw, a fireplace and granite top dealer, Pella Windows and Doors, and Authorized Builder Sales, a distributor for national kitchen appliance brands.

The Builder Center will help Henges Interiors reach a new market and implement a new business strategy. Through The Builder Center, Henges Interiors will sell its products to homeowners, helping diversify its base and leading to growth.

“Homeowners who are remodeling their home can really benefit from having Henges Interiors and the other Builder Center partners under one roof for their product selections,” Schulte said.

Currently, Henges Interiors serves mostly commercial and residential builders. In The Builder Center, the company hopes to increase its retail base from near 0 to 20 percent of clients. Henges Interiors anticipates $3-$4 million revenue growth from the new store in 2007.

The company is also serving the local builder community through a new line of closet systems available at The Builder Center. The closets are built to be flexible and adjustable, and new homeowners can come to the store for additional accessories and personalization.

The grand opening for The Builder Center was held in October 2006. The store’s hours are 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. weekdays and by appointment only on Saturdays.
