Annex Real Estate School of Quincy,MA. announces Class Schedule for January 2007

Annex Real Estate School announces a full lineup of pre-licensing and continuing education courses for the real estate professional.

In January 2007, there will be three Massachusetts Real Estate salespersons courses: two tradtion 4 week clases, with a choice of morning or evening sessions, as well as an intensive weekend class.

These classes introduce the student to the fudamentals of real estate necessary to pass the Massachusetts Real Estate Salespersons examination. Toopics include the fundamentals of the real estate business, real estate agency, legal issues, contracts in real estate, financing principles, property maqnagement apprasals, fair housing as well as an understanding of prorations at a real estate closing.

Also being offered is a class for licensed Real Estate Salespersons who wish advance their career by preparing to take the Real Estate Brokers examination.

And on the first weekend of February, there will be a weekend of Continuing Education for those in need the mandatory 12 hourses of classroom instruction.

All Annex Real Estate School pre-licensing courses are taught by Massachusetts licensed Real Estate Brokers who are also licensed by the stae as Real Estate Instructors.
