Savannah Country Day Seniors Awarded Region Chick-fil-A® Leadership Scholarship

(Savannah Country Day School, Savannah, Ga.) Savannah Country Day School seniors Kip Chisholm and Shane Ramee were awarded Region Chick-fil-A® Leadership Scholarships for 2006. Chisholm and Ramee will receive $1,000 grants toward the college or university of their choice and are eligible for an additional $10,000 scholarship to be awarded December 29th at the Peach Bowl Luncheon in Atlanta.
Since 1973, Chick-fil-A® has aw
arded scholarships to more the 20,000 restaurant employees who have attended over 2,000 colleges, universities, and other educational institutions nationwide.
Chisholm and Ramee were selected based on their academic performance, leadership, and community service, both on and off-campus, as well as their demonstrated work ethic as Chick-fil-A® employees.
According to Headmaster Tom Bonnell, “Country Day is tremendously proud of the accomplishments of Shane Ramee and Kip Chisholm—on the field, in the classroom, and in the community. I am delighted that they have received this wonderful recognition of the Chick-fil-A® Leadership Scholarship.”

Chisholm and Ramee will receive their awards December 29th at the Peace Bowl Luncheon in Atlanta. They have also qualified for a $10,000 Chick-fil-A® scholarship to be awarded that same day.
