Management-Buy-In at Blue Order AG

The new team will emphasize the expansion of the world-wide sales and services organization for even better customer orientation. Based on their new product generation Blue Order will focus particularly on developing dedicated solution packages for key verticals in broadcast.

Together with the Integran Capital Group GmbH, Munich, a new management team of experienced industry experts has acquired Blue Order AG via a Management-Buy-In. The new executive board – Andreas Eder (CEO), Ulf Genzel (CSO), Dr. Wilhelm Krueger (COO), and Dr. Peter Thomas (CTO) – will primarily focus on strengthening and expanding the company’s global services and sales activities. The current CEO of Blue Order AG, Klaus Gesmann, will take responsibility as the CFO for both companies.

From now on, Sales and Services will be offered through and delivered by the newly founded Blue Order Solutions AG (BOS), headquartered in Kaiserslautern, Germany. Product development and support will be concentrated in the Blue Order Technology AG (BOT).
