WARE MALCOMB AWARDED THE DESIGN OF
PACIFIC LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY’S ALISO VIEJO PROJECT

(December 2006) Aliso Viejo, California – Ware Malcomb is a national design firm offering planning, architecture, interior and graphic design services to commercial real estate clients throughout the United States and Mexico. The firm’s corporate office in Irvine, California, is proud to announce that is has been awarded the design of the Pacific Life Insurance Company project, situated at the Summit Office Campus in Aliso Viejo, California. The project is located at 45 Enterprise and is being developed by Parker Properties of Aliso Viejo, California.

Ware Malcomb will provide architectural and interior design services for this Class A, steel framed nine-story office building totaling approximately 246,000 square feet, with an adjacent 6-level parking structure. The site amenities include smartly landscaped Plaza with accent planters and feature walls along with Pedestrian Bridge connecting the Parking Structure to the Office Tower. Interior Design includes open office, private offices, and multiple conference rooms, as well as a cafeteria with indoor and outdoor seating.

Snyder Langston of Irvine, California will serve as the general contractor for this project.
