Historic Law Firm Surpasses Twenty Year Milestone

Brown & Hixon Law Firm, PLLC, announces they have surpassed their twenty year business anniversary. The firm’s principals are attorneys Ella Brown McCoy and Eric C. Hixon, who have more than sixty years of combined legal experience. The firm, licensed in 1975 and founded in 1985, has an emphasis on Serious Personal Injury and Wrongful Death, Business Law, Collaborative Family Law, Miscellaneous Civil Law, Social Security and Disability and Bankruptcy.

“We have a strong belief that the quality of the relationship between a person and their attorney is the key to successful mediation or litigation,” says Attorney Brown McCoy. “We treat each client with the dignity and respect they deserve and have built a solid reputation of trust with generations of families.”

Brown McCoy holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from Tuskegee University and a Doctor of Jurisprudence from Texas Southern University. Hixon earned a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Doctor of Jurisprudence from Texas Southern University. Both attorneys are actively involved in civic and volunteer duties.
